Is every item bespoke/made to order?

No. This is an option we are able to offer as all products are made by hand. Products listed on our website include measurements in the description, however if you require a product to fit into your bathroom or living space to an exact specification please get in touch. Can I have any colour?

Yes! All products are finished in-house so Black Swan are able to finish any product in your chosen colour, by your favourite paint brand. We also offer other finishes such as gold/silver leaf, polishing and more.
Simply send us an enquiry with your choice and any other questions you have, then one of our design specialists will take you under their wing!

 

Can I pick handles?

We provide a colour matched wooden knob as standard, but can fit any handle sent to us. We can also provide the item with no handles if you would like to fit these from home.

 

Can I pick taps?

We do not provide taps/wastes however the tap holes and basin wastes are the industry standard size, ready to fit most tap fittings. If you have specific taps in mind, just send us an enquiry and we will be happy to help.

 

How many tap holes?

We typically stock our units with one pre drilled central tap hole per basin, with the option to upgrade to three. Bespoke items taps can be configured to suit you, whether its 0, 1 ,2 or 3 holes required.

 

What are the counter top options?

We stock every unit with our White Carrera marble. Other bespoke options include: cream/black marble or black granite.

We can also request third party stone options such as Quartz (subject to availability and price quote). Enquire with our team for more details.

  

What are the lead times?

Our approximate lead time for stock items is 3-6 weeks. Bespoke items can range from 10-16+ depending on current production cycle time frame. Enquire for a more specific lead time.
